The Coleshill School - Knife Arch event (Op Sceptre)

Last week, Officers from Atherstone and Coleshill Safer Neighbourhood Team attended The Coleshill School along with representatives from the council, Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service and The Mentoring Project.

The visit was part of our Operation Sceptre (Knife crime awareness) week. The students got a table top education about the impacts of knife crime, antisocial behaviour, violence, drugs, arson and how they affect our communities. The pupils then got a chance to pass through our knife arch where we are pleased to say, no knives were found.

The pupils were fantastic and we were really pleased with the engagement from them.

We look forward to attending the school again soon.
